For students and teachers of A Level Classical Civilisation Art and Architecture.
Dr Michael Scott (Darwin College, Cambridge) will speak on ‘Producing and Experiencing Religion through Art and Architecture in Ancient Greece‘ at Francis Holland School, Regent’s Park, London, 5-6pm on Tuesday 23rd November 2010.

Dr Scott will consider parallels between temple architecture and sculpture and vase painting, demonstrating how these media reflect common themes in similar ways. This should prove an excellent opportunity to consolidate as well as inspire students in all of these topics.
The talk is absolutely free. Places are limited. Booking essential.
